Crescent Farm is a popular photography venue with gorgeous views and picturesque scenery. We do our best to ensure everyone who chooses our unique setting has the best possible experience. You can find all photography session information and policies below.
To inquire about a reservation, please have your photographer email: [email protected] A waiver MUST be signed by the client and photographer, and a copy of photographer's insurance and occupational license must be given in order for your reservation to be complete. NO EXCEPTIONS!
If someone is caught on the property without a reservation, that will be treated as trespassing and local law enforcement will be called.
Do I Need a Reservation?
Everyone considering photography at Crescent Farm will need a reservation. Crescent farm does not allow walk-up photography groups. Groups who do not have a reservation in advance of their session will be considered trespassing and local law enforcement will be called.
About Your Reservation
Reservations are non-refundable, but you can reschedule them once without penalty with 24-hour prior notice. If prior notice is not given or if your session has already been rescheduled once before, you will incur a charge of $50. You do not have to have a reschedule date upon giving notice, but you must do so within 12 days. Reschedules are subject to availability and may be denied.
In the event of inclement weather, you may recover the amount of time that you could not shoot, given notice that your recovered time does not exceed the initially scheduled length of your session nor continue past 5:00PM. - i.e., If it rains for 20 minutes, you may shoot for 20 minutes past your scheduled time without penalty as long as your photography lets the manager know you are doing so and you aren’t going over your time. You will incur a $50 charge for every 15 minutes of shooting past your scheduled time with the exceptions stated above.
Upon Arrival
When you arrive at Crescent Farm, please adhere to all signage including the DO NOT BLOCK THE DRIVEWAY posted and in effect throughout the property.
Other Guidelines
Do NOT smoke or vape while on site.
No fishing AT ALL.
No photography in water.
Discard all waste into garbage bins.
Pets are NOT allowed on site, even if you leave them in your car.
All photography packages allow for one photographer and up to six subjects/guests. Contact the property manager if you have a family larger than 6 guests.
Be courteous to other guests on site; do not block pathways or relaxing views for too long.
Do not enter planting beds or mulched areas.
Flowers are for everyone to enjoy; do NOT pick them.
Please keep to your time. You will incur a $50 charge for every 15 minutes past your allotted time. This will be monitored by property managers.
Other things that are NOT allowed on site include the following:
Large props or set items
Drones
Amplified music
Open flames
Agreement
